As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablespoon of L-Carnitine per day either before breakfast or 30 minutes prior to your workout. For best results combine with a calorie reduced diet and regular exercise plan.
On training days it is recommended to take about 30 minutes before workout with Total War®and/or Big Noise®. On rest days it is recommended to take either first thing in the morning with a meal.
