BE PROFICIENT AT SETTING FITNESS GOALS
Goal setting is something which very few people are actually good at - you must invest time and effort in order to become proficient at this.
Do two things when it comes to goal-setting:
(1) Think of the goal you are aiming for
(2) Break it down into smaller, frequent milestones which then compound into something bigger.
To summarise, you MUST decide what your primary goal is and then work backwards, breaking it down into smaller goals.
